- The customer can only request a refund in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or unfit for consumption.

- The product arrived not fresh upon receipt.
To claim a refund, you must submit:
- Images or a video that clearly illustrates the problem
- Order number and customer name
- Contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
If the request is accepted, the refund will be processed via:
- Store wallet balance.
- Resend a replacement product (if available).
- Or return the amount to the original payment method (depending on availability from the payment provider).

3. Conditions for Approving Refunds
A refund may be approved if:

- The product was handled correctly after receipt.

- Consuming part of the product.
